As a co-founding partner of Red Door Interactive, I built the foundation of the creative team and helped strategically guide our clients creative campaigns and brands to help build their business both online and offline. I managed a team of Art Directors, Copywriters, Digital and Graphic Designers. I developed brand experiences for clients including Souplantation, Rubio's, Milton's Baking, Daphne's Restaurants, California Avocado Commission, La Quinta Hotels, Bosch Appliances, Thermador Appliances, Cox Communications, Petco.com, Shea Homes, Muve Music from Cricket, NASCAR, TaylorMade-Adidas Golf, Eagle Creek Travel Gear, Caldera Spas, Charlotte Russe and Quiksilver Girls.

When I started at McCann I was one of 15 people and we quickly grew to over 50 in one short year. The parent company was The Interpublic Group of Companies, Inc. (IPG). I was responsible for managing the branding and product launch materials including art directing photo shoots and illustrators for some of the world’s leading specialty companies including; Agouron Oncology, Agouron Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Amgen, Baxter, Chiron Therapeutics, F. Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd., Intermune and Genetech BioOncology.

Vignelli Associates is a multi-disciplinary design studio in NYC, specializing in graphic design, interior design, product and furniture design. I interned in the design studio supporting on various clients including United Colors of Benetton and designed Massimo Vignelli's limited edition clothing line book featuring their custom font 'Our Bodoni'. It was an invaluable experience in the heart of Manhattan.

Currently I am a board member of SDX (formerly the San Diego Ad Club). I am also a member of the Mobile Rising Stars Agency Working Group for the Internet Advertising Bureau (IAB). Since 2004 I've been judging for industry awards such as The Webby's, Internet Advertising Competition (IAC) and the Web Marketing Association's International WebAwards. I really enjoy mentoring so I've done speaking engagements at The Art Institute of San Diego, The Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising, The Marcc Academy and Mira Costa College. I am on the Advisory Council for Art Institute of San Diego and an Advisory Board Member for The American Pixel Academy. I am also a member of The International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences (IADAS) and The International Academy of the Visual Arts (IAVA). Awards
