I've worked for more than 24 years in the pharmacy industry. In and between, I also freelanced as a graphic artist, an illustrator and an amateur photographer. Although I've worked for equally as many years in the retail realm, I’ve always tried to maintain a presence in the professional art world as an illustrator, photographer and multi-media artist.

During my time with Ingles Markets, Inc. I not only worked in their pharmacy (different locations as needed), but I manage the Floral Department at my home store for 7 out of the 11 years I was with Ingles.

As an East Coast team member on this creative endeavor my job was to create promotional graphics & setup social network fan bases for actor and star, Uriah Shelton, from the Independent movie "Lifted".

With a very tight deadline of 8 weeks, I had to illustrate 6 spot illustrations for (4) different short stories, for a total of 24 individual illustrations. My illustrations appear in 6th grade "Skill Sharpener's" reading workbooks. These workbooks are currently being used within the California Public Schools system.
