Jayna Wallace

Product & UX Lead, Billy Penn // Technical Project Manager, Hearst Digital Studios

Columbus, OH, USA
Over the course of my fourteen-year career, I've worked as a self-directed member on distributed teams at AOL, Myspace, Abbott Labs, Blockbuster, EightShapes and Refinery29, and most recently held the position of Director of Product at Speek, an early-stage startup and member of the 500 startups family. Both at Speek, and during my tenure as Design Director at AOL, I led the creative vision for the brands and worked hands-on in agile environments to create all visual and user experience design elements for desktop and mobile applications.

Currently designing for Billy Penn, a mobile-first platform designed to connect citizens to relevant news and information about Philadelphia, and to drive civic engagement via affinity groups and events.
