The Box is an embedded in-house agency focusing on day-to-day creative needs of The Wall Street Journal, Dow Jones and Barrons. We are a partnership between CHI (creative agency) and Hogarth Worldwide (production experts.)

JMGD was started in 2008 as a way to do merch and album designs for bands, musicians and record labels that I love. Since then it has grown to include silk screened prints as well as gig posters for various venues around New York and Brooklyn. 

Notable clients: Shirts For A Cure, Converse, Brooklyn Vegan, Red Bull SoundSelect, Brooklyn Brewery, Saint Vitus Bar, Hot Water Music, Chuck Ragan, Blue Note Records and various other musicians and bands of all genres.

Prepress and production for projects done on large format printer, direct to surface printer, laser cutter, large format media roll vinyl printer, cnc machine & vinyl plotter. 

Notable clients: Nike, DVF, Dior, Adidas, Versace, Opening Ceremony, W Hotels, Proenza Schouler, Ray-Ban, Wolf Gordon and Wolf Owens.

In-house design, branding and promotional print collateral for various football teams and events. Also worked on promotional print collateral and the look of Super Bowl XLV and Super Bowl XLVI.

Freelanced as a design and production artist at MTV Networks, Syfy Channel, Mavi Jeans, Anomaly Communications, Agent 16, Cunard Cruise Lines, and other small design firms, ad agencies and apparel companies.
