Lead Worldwide Training Designer & Visual Designer
During my time in this role I employed my ability to analyze, harness laser focus, and fiercely the drive the project forward to create an unforgettable global experience that helped to enrich the lives of Apple Retail employees and customers alike. My labor and love into the project included responsibilities such as:
~ Creating and executing a robust project strategy that included all key milestones: discovery, design, development, delivery, and evaluation.
~ Designing the look and feel of all content (guides, keynotes, icons, interactive training apps, and more) and collaborating with developers to create apps and simulators used in training while maintaining Apple’s existing visual language.
~ Defining project and learning objectives, writing the bulk of the course material, and developing numerous fun activities to educate and captivate participants throughout their experience.
~ Soliciting and implementing feedback from a vast amount of employees: participants, trainers, corporate partners, store leaders, senior executives, and peers.
~ Partnering with over a dozen different teams to prepare the experience for a worldwide audience.
