An academic achiever, Flagstaff, AZ resident Jason Fitzgerald Korb completed his undergraduate work at Boston University’s School of Business Administration, graduating cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in 2003. With a joint major in Finance and Entrepreneurship, Jason Korb then followed his interests and instincts to pursue a career in the legal field. Jason Fitzgerald Korb continued his education, attending the University of Denver Law School and the University of Minnesota’s Twin Cities Law School, where he earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, in 2010.

At the University of Minnesota, Jason Korb distinguished himself by logging the greatest number of volunteer hours in his graduating class. Regularly named to the Dean’s List, he was selected to participate in a special seminar on constitutional law presented by Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas and Professor David Stras. Additionally, he participated in the Maynard Pirsig Moot Court, named for the notable legal scholar and former dean of the Law School.

While a student, Jason Fitzgerald Korb held several internships as a researcher and a law clerk, and at one time, concurrently assisted in Juvenile Court as an aide to Judge Kerry Meyer while completing a law school clinic with the City of Bloomington Attorney’s Office, where he handled minor crimes and traffic offenses. During this time, he broadened his knowledge through research and writing assignments, and obtained substantial judicial experience by assisting at hearings and trials.

Upon graduation, Jason Korb secured employment as a paralegal with Argus Technical Services. Working in the Corporate Attorney’s Office in Milwaukee, his responsibilities included assisting in Workers’ Compensation and administrative judicial hearings, as well as negotiations regarding settlements for claims involving discrimination and disability. Additionally, he gained experience in drafting corporate policy and researching corporate legal obligations impacted by new legislation, such as ObamaCare and sales and use taxes.

Now relocated to Arizona, Jason Fitzgerald Korb is currently admitted to the bar in the states of Massachusetts, Maryland, and Washington, D.C. Read Less
