Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) Analyst

As the Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) Analyst, I'm both a programmer and designer. Currently, I'm working with Drupal and AWS Lex to build a way-finding application, complete with dictionary and self-help features designed to help people solve their data problems and locate in-person help where appropriate. I usually find myself writing css for the web, developing pathways for digital way-finding, analyzing the user experience through user testing and designing for digital and print with Adobe Creative Cloud products.
