As a part of the Stephen George International team in Sofia, Ivan participated in most
of the international projects in the company.

As a part of AGK office, Ivan was working mainly on masterplans and residential
projects.
In 2008 he became a senior architect responsible for the architectural team.

As a young architect on probation, Ivan was responsible for the technical drawings
of the projects. Starting to get familiar with architectural software, he began helping
with 3d models
Garden of Eden – a 5 star residential complex with total spread build area of 72000
m2. Located in the north part of Sveti Vlas. The main advantage of the complex is that
it provides sea view to almost 80% of the apartments.
