Diploma in Visual Communications
The Diploma in Communication Design focuses on the application of strategic, purposeful communication.
Tomorrow’s communication designers are those who are highly adaptive, fluent and versatile. Armed with the ability to conceptualize and express strong visual ideas, these communication designers draw on their creativity, communication skills, and consumer insights to create design solutions that resonate with clients and audiences.
Through interdisciplinary, multi-faceted work that spans emerging technologies, interactive and traditional media platforms, the course will hone your talents, visual sensitivity and passion, you will acquire relevant knowledge and a wide palette of technical skills to handle both analogue and digital tools of visual communication design.
You will have the flexibility to choose a specialism you prefer – in Photography, Branding Design, Design Illustration or Digital Design. Combining studies in design fundamentals and contextual theories, collaborative projects expose you to new trends and new possibilities in an increasingly integrated design environment.
