Created in 1997, “Drozdov&Partners” is based in Kharkiv and deals with architecture and urbanism. Over twenty years of its history, around 150 projects have been designed, several dozen out of which being realized.

Most projects have been designed for Ukrainian cities (Kharkiv, Kyiv and Odessa). However, the geography has been expanding significantly over the last years. Thus, for instance, a new Café Très was opened in Montreux, Switzerland, in April 2016, which was designed and built by “Drozdov&Partners”. A number of projects are now being done for Spain, Russian, Austria and France.

In 2014 the office earned international recognition, having won the first prize in the design competition for Dalseong Citizen's Gymnasium in South Korea.

Together with his office, Oleg Drozdov is actively engaged in various exhibitions and public events. In 2003 Oleg initiated the international design seminar "Architectural Ambulance" in Kharkiv, which apparently became the first event of this kind in Ukraine. In 2005 Oleg was chosen to be the curator of the national Ukrainian project "Monisto: concept of Odessa coastline development” which was presented at Rotterdam Biennale. In 2006 “Drozdov&Partners” organized "Patiology", a large-scale exhibition and conference devoted to density, typology and privacy of dwelling spaces. In 2012 the vast experience gained by the office was reflected in “Circumstances” exhibition. Presented in Kharkiv and Kyiv, the exhibition won the first prize for the best curator's project at Moscow Biennale of architecture.

"Drozdov&Partners" acts as an educational platform for numerous interns and young architects who embark on their professional career in the office, gain experience and eventually start their own practices.

Most significant built works include Yaske sushi-bar (Kharkiv, 2004); Platinum Plaza office center (Kharkiv, 2009); Ave Plaza retail and business complex (Kharkiv, 2011); apartment houses Carat (Kharkiv, 2010) and Heirloom (Kharkiv, 2012); family houses Anti Patio (Kharkiv, 2004), Water Patio (Odessa, 2006), Ark (Kharkiv, 2015), House with a Peristyle (Kharkiv, 2015), and Baked by the Heat (Kharkiv, 2016); drama theater Teatr na Podole (Kyiv, 2017).
