• Created unified marketing and branding for KHC's programs and their printed and electronic media. -Overhauled "Communications Style Guide" and all templates.
• Created reports, outlined and monetized customer funnel, and simply utilized Google Analytics for KHC’s seven different websites. -Taught department how to create new reports and track campaigns in Analytics.
• Created successful web/print campaign targeting Hispanic Kentuckians in the Lexington and Louisville areas. -Created proposal, budget, and advertisements. -Increased website engagement by 760% for Spanish speakers. -Increased activity on Spanish phone line by 30% - 200% for those seeking a home loan.
• Photographer/Designer/Project Manager for KHC's "Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing." -Spanish version cited as a best practice by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development.
• Reduced cost of document translation by 40%; simplifying process and filtering only text through outside translation service.
• Created marketing campaign for KHC's Hardest Hit Fund Down payment Assistance Program (HHF DAP) which cleared $8.3 million within one hour of opening - closing down that program and halting KHC acceptance of new loans for two months, because of sheer workload and exhaustion of funds.
