As a mentor on ADPList I was responsibale for:

- Mentoring designers get to the next level in their careers.

- Conducting one-on-one weekly calls with students for detailed project feedback and real-world UX career advice.

- Reviewing project submissions and provided guidance through the capstone project, design sprint, and industry design project.

- Providing students with constructive feedback to help them achieve their goals.

As Sr. Product Designer at Swvl, I'll be working on big new ideas that will redefine the core Swvl experiences, I will be responsible for defining the scope of problems, strategy, finding inspiring new solutions, and working with different stakeholders across functional teams.

- Own design process from beginning to end from defining problems, initial concept whiteboard ideation to pixel-perfect.

- Work with product managers to define requirements, not just translate them to design though iterative approach and move quickly from idea to validation.

- Create end-to-end user flows low and high fidelity prototypes to solve difficult UX problems for MVP solutions and experiments.

- Run A/B test experiment and analyzing the data to understand how it impacts users and the business

- Ship, measure and improve designs based on quantitative and qualitative feedback.

- Run design sprint workshops to build team alignment on Problems, validating solutions

- Sharing knowledge with other members of our growing design team
