Throughout my career, I have utilized my team leadership skills to bring creative teams and customers together to create solutions to complex problems. My multidiscipline skill set includes user experience architecture, strategy and design, and digital marketing.

My methodology is simple: approach user experience strategy and design from a user persona point of view that builds brand affinity and bolsters user experience. To achieve this, I work with cross-functional teams to convey user experience consistency at every customer touch-point, in a way that intuitively makes sense and can be tested and measured – tuned and improved upon – to achieve maximum results.

As an UX project lead, I work with project managers, design studio, feature owners and design release engineers to understand project timing, feature requirements, design integrity and supplier needs.

• Work with design studio to create base set of high definition screens and assets
• Manage and oversee creation of multiple design theme hero screens and separated assets for vehicle

• Set up meeting cadence for studio design and supplier reviews

• Use InVision to create prototypes and design theme presentations

• Create efficient workflow system for efficient transfer of data and assets to and from suppliers
