In just over a year since starting at RSCG, I overhauled web development
workflow to increase productivity and output. This was achieved by
implementing all source code to version control, as well as usage of
frameworks to increase website prototyping.

• Oversaw web design interns and assistants to assist in their continued
career development.

• Migrated development to easily maintainable wordpress/cms sites.

• Converted source code to standards complient html/css.

• 2011 Silver Davey Award for Web Design & Development as part of the
Right To Breath NV integrated campaign.

Designed and developed B to B and B to C sites. Designed custom user
interfaces for in-hotel room wifi networks for clients such as:

• MasterCard
• USA Today
• Choice Hotels

Redesigned mobile application from the ground up as well as the design of
the network ad builder application, which allowed advertisers an easy to
use interface for managing their ads.

Developed and oversaw all online assets including B to B site, B to C site,
web application, product development and all custom client projects.
Oversaw and directed 9 person design team in product creation and
increased product development by over 60%. Some clients include:
