Plan, develop and implement all marketing content--including print media, radio, television ads, billboards, social marketing, web sites, and public service announcements--for Community Partners and its ten coalitions.

Serve as coalition coordinator of Activate Buffalo County.

Enhance Buckle's image through visual presentation of products featured on http://www.buckle.com. Duties include studio photography, prep and teardown; digital image editing and color correction with Photoshop; and data recording/tracking with Excel.

At 2011 and 2012 NE State Fairs. Operated two Panasonic video mixers and a Doremi, cutting between live video feeds, prerecorded segments and advertisements. Operated two remote-controlled cameras from the control room and communicated with event-level cameramen. Footage was broadcast on LED screens throughout the facility and streamed online.

Produced video segments covering daily events and operated camera during live arena events.

I managed the video department by supervising and executing corporate plans and creating a positive team atmosphere. I understood the needs and habits of customers and had extensive knowledge of movies, actors, directors, etc., which allowed me to effectively help people discover their entertainment.

I took my department from 150th in the company into the top 10 within three months. When I left, I was ranked 6th in the company.

I was awarded "Hastings Hero" (employee of the quarter) within my first two months of employment.
