First she graduated in Arabic Philology from Moscow State University and later in Graphic
Design from Moscow Institute of Industrial and Applied Arts.
Irina has extensive experience as a communication graphic designer and art director in such diverse
disciplines as print, typography, corporate and exhibition design for a range of large cultural institutions.

among the most important awards are three Red Dots in Communication design
(2011, 2012 and 2013 (Best of the Best)).

She is inspired by the visionaries of the Weimar Era, experimental music and cinema of the
1920s and 1930s, ornithology, the phenomena of mass culture, space flights, airships and
three-storey sandwiches.
She loves folding, burning midnight oil, heavy rains, orthodox darjeeling and rather gloomy music.
