Hart Wineman Koller was born in the Mississippi Delta. After graduating from St. Joseph High School in Greenville, MS in 1996, she enrolled at Belhaven College, Metropolitan Jackson. In 2001, Ms. Koller earned a BA in Business Administration. Her graduation class was named magna cum laude.

While completing her undergraduate course work, she worked with several Jackson area animal rescue groups. These experiences ultimately inspired her interest in forming her own animal rescue organization, and sparked a passion for treatment for abandoned and abused animals.

She moved to outside sales in 2005, working with Oce' Imagistics and Toshiba Market Solutions in their sales departments. In 2009, she was approached to become the Ark Shelter Manager after volunteering for many years at the Madison Ark animal rescue group. She continued her work at Madison Ark until 2014, when she returned to sales as a CSpire Sales Solution Advocate. She started winning awards and recognition for her sales activities, including top monthly and quarterly sales representative awards, and 2019 's presidential award winner.
