I studied graphic, animation and animation directing in Czech republic. In 2013 I took professional courses in 3D character animation and since than I work in 3D and 2D animation as animator, director and designer (both freelance and in animation studios).

Before 2012 I almost always worked on my own school projects based on cartoon or 2D animation - I was creating short stories, interactive graphic and animated films. Since 2013 I like to combine more animation techniques or live action and stared to focus on working in a team, directing and CHARACTER ANIMATION. Now I have finished my grad film and wait for final exams at Film Academy and I have some experiences in working in animation studios or as a freelance animator. I work in Maya, Toon Boom, TVPaint, After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator. My goal for next few years is to grab enough experiences in animation industry to start working as an animation supervisor and director.

Artist statement
Animation is part of my personality and “giving birth” to characters is my passion. In my imagination the chair doesn´t have to be just an ordinary item in a kitchen - I can make it running like cheetah, eating like a horse or crying like a baby. Journeys to the world without borders, where everything is possible and all your dreams can come truth are wonderful even thought it requires lot of work and patience.

So far I always focused on character animation, now I am grabbing more experiences on a long way to become a director and a supervisor of animation projects.

The main reason why I have chosen one of the most beatiful and time-demanding art field was it´s freedom. I can express anything I want, using a variety set of tools, such as story, art and especially the time, which makes animation superior to others, static art disciplines. I have made about 6 short animated films and I always pay attention to good preproduction, which is very important part of creating process, and often a corner stone for the final product.

I was born in the Czech Republic and studied computer graphic and media where I grabbed basics of classic and digital art (graphic design, 3D design, photography and cinematography, web design, drawing, printing technologies, animation). In the last year of high school (2008) I started to focus on animation and photography.
I studied animation at UTB in Zlin and Film Academy (FAMU) and spent 1 year in amazing animation program at Volda University College, Norway where I created a few my own animated films. I focused on cartoon, 2D, live action and a little bit of stop motion, and in 2013/14 I studied and worked with 3D character animation.

She likes creating design which is original, simple and entertaining in the same time. She uses computer for most of her works, but very often combines classical and digital techiques. Every project is a chalenge and she tries to do her best.
Drawn animation is her dominant discipline, but she is experienced in puppet, analog and digital cut out, 3D, pixilation and flash animation as well.
Instead of animated projects she creates illustrations for web or newspaper.
Working on interactive games and web designs is her passion.
She is a photo-reporter for a magazine and still runs her personal photographic projects in her free time (sport, documentary and art).
