Serve a number of clients and organizations with design work in presentations, marketing materials, company identity projects and various promotional communications. Communicate and organize the mission and ideas of clients/company to produce a produce that meets their brand communications. Serve as an ambassador to Grice Design clients, promoting their work, mission and serve in various arenas of the industry.

Creation of the PCSA's brand positioning and implemented it through all channels including advertising and publications. Assisted in the promotion and campaigning of trade events and programs held throughout the year. Develop systems to maintain the brand integrity of all media projects representing the PCSA. Created new design layout of the Pet Services Journal publication to align closely with the PCSA's brand.

Managed the implementation of contemporary design for global, non-profit leadership development organization. Visually communicated the integration of the organization's brand image with various Fortune 500 companies in support of stated business goals and objectives. Evaluated the core brand assets of the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) clients and implemented such brand values into CCL leadership curriculum materials. Responsible for design, layout and brand identity of various multimedia products (i.e., notebook/workbook covers, newsletters, invitations, flyers, CD/DVD packaging, website banners, menu layouts) custom created for newly designed client programs.

Directed all CCL photographic and digital imaging needs including photo shoots, set-up, lighting, retouching, manipulation, color correction and composition of photos for use in book covers, photos, photo biographies, brochures and web display.
