Dr. Greg Forcey is a Senior Scientist and Project Manager for Normandeau Associates in Gainesville, Florida. Greg received his PhD in Zoology from North Dakota State University in 2006 researching land use and climate influences on wetland breeding birds using hierarchical spatial models. Dr. Forcey's current research interests include reducing impacts of renewable energy on wildlife, risk modeling, and using technological tools to answer ecological questions. He is the current chair of the Renewable Energy Working Group of the Wildlife Society and past chair of the Spatial Ecology and Telemetry Working Group.

Greg's primary hobby is photography, with nature being his favorite genre. In addition to photography, Greg enjoys strength training, bicycling, personal finance, and going to concerts. Read Less
