The GTM team at DataRobot is about driving excellence and efficiency across all GTM processes. We produce high quality enablement materials for sales teams across the DataRobot organization.

Accelerated growth initiatives by up-leveling engagement, execution, and retention of all enablement trainings, events, and materials deployed to the Go-To-Market teams. Partnered with the GTM Creative Director, Art Director, Copywriter and Project Managers while collaborating with department team members to ensure all innovative design solutions and executions were on-brand. Consistently taking on the role of a bridge-maker between creative and analytical thinkers. Lead the ideation, art direction, and design of projects from start to finish while implementing design tools as well as templates to drive both effectiveness and efficiency. Successfully developed and designed branding for events, weekly enablement emails, and video graphics.

Responsible for creating and maintaining the visual style of Twitter’s internal and external communications which include compelling visuals, iconography, typography, photography, animations and infographics. Worked with Twitter executives and industry-leading speakers to design high level presentations in Keynote, as well as other programs, in order to highlight particular products or services at events and big conferences. Defined brand standards across multiple platforms including establishing and maintaining presentation design templates and guidelines for use across the company.

Contribute to the overall creation of environmental, app and online graphics as well as implementation of package designs for Amazon Go, that translate brand message while maximizing current technologies and trends.

Collaborated with teammates to develop concepts, style guides and design brand collateral for Pro Bowl and Draft to completion. Successfully designed event environments and prepared mechanical art for print vendors, mobile apps as well as email placement assets for the International Series Games in London, Super Bowl 50, LI and LIII. Other responsibilities included designing for other affiliated programs within the NFL such as the Commissioner’s Awards, Crucial Catch, and Legends Community.

Supported the creative team by developing and executing engaging concepts with design solutions that motivated people to buy the company brands such as Pepsi, Harman Kardon, Starbucks, XBOX, and HP. Design responsibilities included photo retouching, packaging, development of icons, logos for all local and global branding.

Took initiative by volunteering to encourage employees to design pro bono music posters for a local booking and promotions company Manic Productions.

Designed customer facing marketing and helped drive sales with packaging designs for Home Depot, Macy’s and JCPenny. Developed hand skills and used plotter/large format printers to create quick packaging prototypes of marketing materials as well as packaging for senior management.

Responsible for working closely with all departments including technical, sales, training and store management.

In addition to operation responsibilities; volunteered as head of planning and hosting events for 500+ employees, which encouraged interaction as well as group development.

Responsible for branding a new espresso with a typeface, logo, espresso bag label and poster.

Responsible for designing handouts, posters for weekly events, banners, seasonal information brochures, website updates and public relations.
