-Travel for inspiration and research including vintage shops and flea markets
-Research and establish seasonal concepts for innovative contemporary design development

-Refining directions for main developments - including overall colour themes, new fabric selection and developments including embellishments and print developments

-Styling of the Avant Rock N’Roll band Universal Sex Arena
-Styling, Support on set for shootings and for production
-Coordinating the image of the hostesses, actors of theater plays for shootings, stages or events

-Supervisor of the team Personal Stylist; deciding the tone of voice, writing the guidelines of communication, communicating with the customers and teaching the process to the teammates

-Managing the product team by handling the collection designs by factory
-Liaising directly with Production Manager and attending all fittings and development meetings
-Styling of the collection lookbook and preparing the looks for the fashion show
-Working at the fashion show to ensure quality representation and effective backstage management
