Gökhan Numanoğlu is a Turkish designer with a special interest in print design. He eagerly welcomes the opportunity to use pictographic, typographic, illustrative tendencies in his designs. He fabulously derives pleasure from the Traditional Art of Ottoman Painting and 19th century Ottoman Typography.

He earned an MAS degree in Visual Communication from the Basel School of Design in Switzerland and an MFA in Graphic Design from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

He has worked as an academic researcher at Başkent University (Ankara), Department of Visual Arts and Design between 2004 & 2005; 2010 & 2012; and at Gazi University (Ankara), Department of Art and Design between February and August 2012. He taught as an Assistant Professor at the Lebanese American University in Beirut from 2012 to 2017.
