Redesigning the TGL Website
- Audited website and revamped focus on primary products- tea and coffee. Benchmarked with the competition, designed wireframes, developed visual mockups, and conducted usability testing
- Redefined brand guidelines, colour palette, iconography, and visual imagery to appeal to TG (urban, aspirational F&B consumers). Developed web pages master templates for market-specific customizations (India, US, UK) and ensured responsive designs for mobile

Packaging & Branding:
- Designed retail-ready packaging from scratch, for 6 core product offerings including international markets incorporating socio-cultural context and bilingual packaging needs, designed TGL’s shop-in-shop kiosks placed in modern retail outlets
- Introduced newer best practices in packaging, to convey the premium imagery of and improve shelf-throw. Implemented intuitive and easy to manufacture secondary packaging designs
