George Bradshaw is an award-winning Creative Director with a keen business sense, leadership and client-facing skills, and a proven track record of coming up with the “big idea.” George has a portfolio of internationally recognized work for many of the world’s most iconic Fortune 500 brands, including Clear Channel, Coca-Cola, Comcast, Disney and GE. His creative direction of four Olympic marketing campaigns (Salt Lake, Athens, Torino and Beijing) for NBC Universal’s local ad sales (LAS) and affiliate marketing culminated in the Beijing Olympic Games becoming the most-watched U.S. television event of all time with 211 million viewers.

As VP/Creative Director of GEM Group for nine years, George mentored and inspired a creative team, helping Copywriters and Art Directors become better at creating breakthrough brand experiences for their clients. As Global Creative Chairman of the same company, George led the integration of four creative studios consisting of 200 employees in four North American offices. Additionally, many of the successful materials that George designed for the launches of Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park and Disney Cruise Line still endure today.

George has been honored with over 50 creative and marketing awards, including a Cannes Lion for Court TV’s “ThatGirlEmily” experiential marketing campaign. He is skilled at translating advertising objectives into 360° strategies that connect with audiences in meaningful, relevant and share-worthy ways. George thrives in fast-paced environments and works efficiently under tight deadlines without sacrificing quality. Strategic-minded and versatile, George has been commended for being able to shift nimbly between different mediums – spanning broadcast, digital, mobile, motion graphics, online, outdoor, print, social and video.

In 2013, George co-founded Creative Butter to focus on clients like MIT after nearly two decades of contributing creative strategies at best-in-class enterprises, such as HBO, lynda.com, Merkley + Partners, Porter Novelli, Showtime, Spectrum Health, Universal McCann and The Walt Disney Co. His background includes a mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (i.e. InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) and he has passed on his knowledge as an Adjunct Graphic Design Professor at Kendall College of Art and Design. George’s background also includes a Master’s degree in Computer Graphics and Interactive Media from the prestigious Pratt Institute – the highest academic degree given in this field of study.
