Located in the Lower East Side of New York City,
wd~50 was founded by molecular gastronomy pioneer Wylie Dufresne in 2003. The restaurant has received acclaim, earning a Michelin star in 2006 and appearing in multiple food magazines and shows, including Top Chef.
