the Hermon Montain
This was my first trip to the Hermon Montain, the only place in Israel, where you can see (and play with) snow, for a few weeks every year. I have not seen snow falling from the sky, since I first came to this hot country from my beloved cold Russia, some 16 years ago. So to say that I was excited would be an understatement. We had only a few hours and apparently I was not prepared for this - it was raining and snowing heavily, and the wind did not help, and I was worried for my cameras getting wet. Unable to shoot freely the unordinary beauty surrounding me, I was frozen (literally and metaphorically) -faced with the fear of every photographer - if I can't take pictures of what I experience- then how would I experience it ?
