These new products, had the intention of acting as ‘diversion line’ for the company. As each product that has been proposed are designed non-specifically and without a particular customer in mind, the target market for this range should therefore be increased. The range would be produced on a larger scale and distrubuted to various highstreet stores to retail, as opposed to the current lines which are bought directly from DesignCo. The intention is that both products, or any in the range can be altered and customised by the customer, and that a they can appeal to a variety of professionals and students who wish to present their work or promote a product/service etc. Not only this but once purchased the client can reuse their display case an unlimited number of times by simply changing the content of the display.
