When I was asked to design the Yoveo logo, we purposefully shied away from the obvious cliches that might have been associated with the name. Rolled out an employee survey across 7 countries which correlated brand fit with standard measures like employee satisfaction. Tested the perception of brand identity options with market prior to selecting one direction and rolling it out.
