It provides the user with the current temperature, wind chill, and chance of rain to suggest types of clothes to wear. It will also remember specific facts about the user, such as their sex and if they will be in business, casual, or formal environment. It also allows users to browse clothes based on how warm they are, if they can be worn in the rain, and other categories.
