Assignment: Give the B-List shampoo brand, Vo5, an A-List makeover.
Implementation: Before getting this assignment, being the cheapo that I am, I already loved Vo5. I knew right away that I wanted to give Vo5 the look it deserves. My concept was simple- I wanted to give a modern twist to the old-fashioned product, just as Vo5 has given their old-fashioned product to modern women. By integrating fresh colors, iconography, and a subtle call-back to medicine labels from the 1950's, I believe that the brand can finally hold its own the shelf it shares with so many other lovely products.
