As such implementing tactics such as increasing theirsearch engine optimization, participating in the Toronto Food & Wine Expoand creating a loyalty membership program for their clients will bring VintageOne to the forefront of the make-your-own wine industry.
 
To achieve this we have outlined athree-phase approach. Phase one; go through all the internal changes listedabove. Phase two; start with what you have. This includes the grape stompingfestival and getting in touch with bloggers and journalists to increase word ofmouth. And phase three; focus on theopportunities, the largest of which isthe Food & Wine Expo.
