Wanting to consolidate the hegemony of its territory in the area of production in distillate of quality, Vinaccerie di Tufo is included in the project Campania Acquaviti, a project that promotes the art of distillation with grappe Campane using exclusively dregs monovitigno coming from Campania. The guaranty is the production of grappa obtained exclusively from dregs of the most important and famous Campania vines: Greco di Tufo, Fiano di Avellino, Aglianico and Falanghina.
