on black and white film
In January 2011 I was in my birthplace, Vienna, Austria. During my stay there, Tunisia's President Ben Ali, who ruled the country for 23 years decided to flee the country, after the people of Tunisia rose against the regime. Tunisians all over the world started to peacefully protest abroad, so it happened in the Austrian capital too. At the center of downtown Vienna, the Stephansplatz, I happened to be during these protests while walking around and taking photos in the city I feel so comfortable in.
The photos are taken with a Canon EOS-1N, a 28-75mm lens and on Kodak TMAX 400 black and white film.
