Vienna Design Week is the biggest Austrian product design event. Every year, chairs are painted in different colors and used as landmarks to identify each spot of the festival. As result the chairs became it's symbol. This year, a structure made out of more than 30 chairs is set in one of the event's main venues. Vienna Design Week is the most important product design festival in Austria. Chairs are the symbol of this festival, and are used on printed/digital supports and as signage for events and exhibitions around the city.

In 2012 the communication concept evolved around an installation made of chairs, which was built in the festival’s main venue. Austrian designer Christof Nardin asked Silvio Teixeira to film and photograph the process, that was used as the basis for all promotional material.

Project featured on Design BoomYellowtrace, among others.
