User Flows for Mobile Payments
Service Design and User Experience // Propelland
Propelland was tasked with exploring the mobile payments industry to come up with user flow ideas. My role included brainstorming various service models that involve physical and digital service flows, creating user scenarios, user flows, wireframes, and engaging in user research and testing.
User Flows and Wireframes
Numerous user flows and wireframes were produced after interviewing users and researching the mobile payments industry. This particular flow allows users to create an account to pay bills and transfer money using an existing debit card or money transfer. This user scenario is based on a high school or college student with limited financial access.
User flows were tested by research participants using paper prototypes. The user tests helped us understand any issues or questionable moments users may encounter during the user flows. Adjustments were made to the user flows and wireframes based on user testing.
The user flows were refined down to three user flows. I created storyboards for a photoshoot of the three user scenarios to be presented to the client.
I directed the photoshoot for the user scenarios and put together a Keynote presentation describing each scenario.
