These are the series of posters that I created using FUTURA typeface for Typography class. For Typography course, each of us were given 2 typefaces to work with for the entire duration of the course. The rules for creating posters were using only Black text on white background, no shapes, only the keyboard characters, experimentation with weights of the typeface( bold, italics, etc ) was allowed only for the final series and no changes in the opactiy of text was allowed nor was color. Hence, I created a series of 3 posters that communicate something about the typeface, its history or its use.
