As part of the Queens Diamond Jubilee, the RAF Tucano Display team have tricked out the livery on their Fast-Jet training aircraft. Displaying a vibrant candy striped Union Jack on top, and an eye catching 'E II R' emblazoned on the belly, the Tucano T1 display aircraft will be flying throughout the airshow calender 2012.

The Tucano T1 is currently part of a single aircraft display team, however, this image was produced to display the concept of a multi-aircraft display as well as to promote the new Diamond Jubilee livery.

see below for step-by-step making of...
Due to there currently being just the one Tucano display aircraft, in order to create this image we photographed the aircraft at multiple angles during a flight. Then composed the image by applying realistic digital lighting and colour grading, bringing the aircraft together in flight and displaying the new livery.
