Outdoor Guerilla advertising with a street take-over. The concept behind this is what you value is a huge part of your life, it surrounds you. This striking imagery literally surrounds the people that would be walking along the streets.

Another option for this campaign would be to have an interactive web banner. This shows the succession of the image as it is animated. The hammer drops to the bottom of the box and comes back up to reveal the copy, "you value work, we value you".
