    The idea was to explore an igredient and show it from it's plantation to comsuption.
    I've chosen soybeans and the making of tofu, plus some recipes. I made not only a cook book, but also a notebook, this brochure as enough space so anyone that owns it can make his/her own notes/tips or even write another recipes.
