July 10, 2013 - Anemona Hartocollis, a reporter for The New York Times, contacted me to ask if I'd be willing to submit a non-serious Dr. Seuss-like sketch concept for a Citi Bike Shoe.  Having a few qualms about the Citi Bike designs, I had a lot of fun going a bit irreverent and satirical with this one.
