Art direction, tone-of-voice and customer engagement programme. Brief The New Wolsey Theatre required a concept for their Summer 2009 programme and supporting material. The concept needed to reflect diversity and accessibility, which the theatre is well-known for. Solution Emotions from the Audience – designed to illustrate the emotional experience for the audience during a live performance. This campaign encourages the opportunity to gain feedback and research from members of the audience. Set of A5 Booklets, Outdoor Banner and Customer Feedback Popcorn Box.
