The Lofts at 136 project was a very design-oriented one, reflecting the urban and modern feel they wanted for their ground-up campaign. Before developing the logo, the name was determined through a selection process focused on the chic, city-vibe environment that the lofts conveyed. The logo itself began as several different versions. After giving our client different versions of these logos, we began to focus on one style, color, and layout, resulting in the finished product below. A whole campaign was then launched developing a website, designing print and stationary, while using strategic placement methods to reach their target audience.
Lofts at 136 were renovated in 2010, a century after the original construction of the building. Restoring an old Buffalo building, in a prime location for local students, and differentiating this chic environment from typical dorming complexes was not difficult to flaunt.
