I created the identity and iconography for our schools library. The concept for the logo began with the question "what is a library?" The answer I came up with was that a library, at its core, is a "container for knowledge". From that I created a logo that represented the architecture (container) and at the same time could be seen as books (knowledge). This was the result. I also created iconography to make the Library of Congress organization less intimidating and more user friendly. Read Less

I then developed a system of iconography to create a more freindly and less intimidating approach to the Library of Congress organization method used at our school library.
