The lens

The bridge “Lens” was created from the concept LIGHT. A welcoming open area bridging the River Lea, and in doing so linking the five boroughs together. The bridge uses the&Aquatico was conceived with the aim to design a recreation area where people can leave the stressful city life and enjoy the calm waters. The design has been achieved by combining a series of curvaceous and soft shapes. By duplicating and mirroring the forms adds to the sense of balance and contributes to the perception of relaxation and a slower pace. The space has been dug into the earth so that it can’t be seen from outside the Park and is enveloped and surrounded by trees for an extra layer of privacy and deepening the illusion of being out of city. The water park offers a number of facilities – pools, café, pool bar, restaurant and a spa centre. The curvilinear shape of the glass roofs over the entrance and relaxing areas reflect the colour of the sky, connecting theLorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit.
