Overview of the project. There entire installation is approximately 65' long.
This image was taken when the HIVE dinning hall was closed, hence the lack of light.
New images will be taken in May 2013.
Free standing sculpture.
If I remember correctly, about 8 thousand wood clothespins were used in the creation of this project.
That translates into 16 thousand holes drilled (Drill press).
Considering that each clothespin has 2 parts to it, we can safely say that there are over 32 thousand holes in this artwork.
