We helped our friends over at Gnistra Kommunikation and Tekniska Verken, Motala/Vadstena with the campaign for the green bag which helps households and/or companies to recycle their food leftovers. All you have to do is to throw your left overs in the green bag, tie a double knot and throw the bag among your ordinary trash. Then the bag is automatically sorted out and processed into biogas. Smart huh? Read more at our site linkin.se. Read Less

Early in the project our main idea for the tv commercial was that the green bag shoud be giving a presentation of     the green bag, like a lecturer does. We wanted him to greet the audience, dim the lights, turn on his projector and start the show. This later became rejected due to the length of the commercial. Our cusomer wanted more time on the main presentation and less time showing our little friend preparing.

Here are some sketchwork from the design process. These are all made by our talented character designer, Anders Ehrenborg.

As the green bag campaign hit every possible media, there was several poses done to fit the need. We used newspaper ads, tv commercial, different online marketing channels, billboards, etc.

We also created an online game where you would learn to sort which garbage to throw into the green bag.
You can test play the game here:

We also integrated the green bag into a real environment. Our photographer David Einar shot the environment with a real green bag as lighting/reflection reference, and the green bag was added in post/retouch.
