A comic book for non-profit organization Homeward
Back in 2003, I packaged a four-page mini-comic for Homeward, an organization in Richmond, VA dedicated to helping the homeless. The story, "The Fourth Wheel," was written by Russell Paulette, broken into script form and inked by myself, with pencils by then-rising comics penciller Reilly Brown (who, I'm proud to say, has since gone on to work regularly for Marvel Comics and become a pioneer in the digital comics realm with his creator-owned strip Power Play). This mini-comic was given out at shelters and also as an educational/outreach tool.
