Both were hand drawn and painted with a variety of paint pens.
Shape Shifter
This one was done when I discovered the blank deck in my closet that I completely forgot about! I had been messing around with these warp patterns, and really wanted to try a larger scale project made entirely out of those waves.
The Death of Orion
This one was a piece that was made for the FNDTN Gallery & Live Room ON DECK show down in DC. Matt the owner, was a really cool guy and he acquired some amazing pieces and put together a seriously impressive event. I ended up taking the 3 hour drive down there for the opening and hung out for a while looking at all the pieces he had come in. I would have never thought that people could do those things with a skateboard! Truly amazing stuff, check out the photos if you get a chance!
