“As she slowly moved closer to the mirror, she noticed a small crack in the glass. It looked odd. Like a small hole. She lifted her finger and touched the sharp edges of the uneven glass. It felt strangely enough like scales from a serpent or something similar. She placed her entire hand on it to really embrace the feeling, but suddenly the glass changed its reflective ability into something much darker. Within seconds, it became completely black and started to shift form. She could not believe her eyes. It had become some sort of portal. It seemed like something she once before had dreamt. Her role as the Creature Queen, became more and more fitting. It all seemed so unreal. So enticing.
Before she new what was happening, a gust of wind came sweeping out of the mirror. Grabbing her, pulling her. Into the black void. She did not resist. She wanted to satisfy her curiosity and as the black matter surrounded her like nothing else, the world she new, was ending and the world of fable began”
